  • When Is My Order Shipped?

    All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

  • How Long Does a Delivery Take?

    The delivery time differs based on the products purchased and the Shipping Company.  You can find the Estimated Delivery Time at the "Orders" on the website. We deliver all your orders by Express Shipping.

  • What Are The Shipping Fees?

    Shipping is free for orders from Türkiye of 750 TL and above. If international, shipping is free for orders of 50 USD or more. The shipping cost of your order is automatically added to your cart.

  • How Do I Know if My Order Has Been Shipped?

    When your orders are shipped, we share an e-mail or SMS including "Shipment Code".

  • How Can I Track My Order ?

    You can track your cargo with the “Shipment Code” shared by SMS or e-mail or you can get support by calling our Customer Service Center.

  • Which Shipping Companies Do You Work With?

    We work with UPS and UPS Cargo in domestic shipment; and DHL, PTS or UPS, and local cargo companies to which these companies are affiliated, depending on your location. 

  • What Should I Pay Attention While Receiving My Shipping?

    When you receive your package from the shipping company, please check the cargo package if it is the opening, tearing, crushing, wetting, etc. When you see a problem, do not accept the delivery. Report the situation to our Customer Service Center, requesting a record of the damage assessment.

    After receiving the cargo, there is a missing product in the package content;

    • Ask the cargo company to fill in the damage assessment report.

  • Can I Change the Shipping Address of My Order?

    You can change your delivery address by contacting our Customer Service Center.

  • What If I am Not Present At The Delivery address When My Cargo Arrives?

    If you were not available at the shipping address upon delivery it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. Kindly contact the shipping company with your Airwaybill Number and Order Number and reschedule your delivery or ask them to pick up at the nearest branch. *

    *You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days (differs based on the cargo company). Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, Mizalle.com.

  • Can I Receive My Order From The Cargo Branch?

    You can contact the freight company and ask to receive your package at a suitable branch providing your tracking code.

  • My Multiple Orders Which Has Different Approximate Dates. They Will Be Delivered Together?

    Each order is considered as a separate shipment. There is no guarantee that orders placed at different times can be delivered at the same time.
